Friendly staff, large double room, excellent shower, great facilities, easy access to metro, easy and cheap to get to city centre.

The breakfast had a good variety of food options and the staff was friendly and always tried to help. the room size was big enough to move around comfortably. the location was convenient if you want to be close to the sports complex and getting to the city center was accessible by public transportation.
There were some cleanliness issues in the room and the towels and linens were not changed during the stay. the check-in and check-out process was time-consuming.

Although the staff was friendly, the hotel lacks basic amenities and proper cleaning. The location may be convenient for some but not ideal for others who may feel unsafe. The breakfast buffet had decent variety, but coffee was only instant; no coffee machine or toaster was available. The room was spacious, but not well-maintained with unclean furniture and poor air conditioning.
The hotel is difficult to find for local taxi drivers and ride-sharing apps, leading to added frustration for guests.

The hotel was extremely difficult to find and the location was not ideal. It was also frustrating that our room was not cleaned or the towels were not changed during our entire stay.
